I see this topic a lot: Does porn turn women on? If so, what kind of porn? So, of course, I had to read this AlterNet article, What Kind of Porn Turns Women On? Question is, are women turned off by porn made by men? Or do they want more emotion-driven pornography, which, I guess means fewer cream pie shots (you know, jism in the face).

Nobody knows, so this becomes one of those “why am I reading this?” kind of articles. But it wraps up nicely with this quote from Angie Rowntree, founder of an erotica site for women, sssh.com: “Among younger women, there’s less and less concern for such constructs, and more openness to erotic material and more comfort with their own sexuality. To me, ‘female-friendly porn’ just means porn that doesn’t make a second-class citizen out of the women performing in it, or the women watching it. It depicts two people truly enjoying themselves.”

Right. Like the stuff I post. No cream shots. No close ups of shaved twats. No pics of women servicing three men at a time (but definitely shots of multiple men servicing women!–and that’s not hypocritical, just biology). Lots of amateurs, usually smiling and having the time of their lives–having sex, the most wonderful thing about being human. Those kinds of pictures (and videos, which are really hard to find) turn me on, make me sexually excited, with the result that I’m back on the couch, masturbating again or tackling the next warm body that comes in the room.
